Okay, every parent knows that you're toddler will think of every delay possible to avoid the dreaded BEDTIME. Here's the story. Last night Ayden had his bath, brushed his teeth, had a prayer, and 2 books read to him. He knew the time was approaching, so he hopped up to his bookshelf, said "one more book" and scanned the shelf,taking out the thickest book he could find. Josh and I were laughing out of control at our clever little man.

I want to hear how you handled THAT one! What a turkey!
Luckily it was a book of Nursery rhymes and I just read one.
If he'd been REALLY smart, he would have got the scriptures-the QUAD edition. He'd still be up!
Oh man, thank goodness he didn't. I'd hate to discourage him from something I should be ENCOURAGING him to read.
