The Glamorous Burp Cloth I bought a 6 pack of diaper cloths and added some pizazz with accessories around the house.
My mom sewed on the polka-dot ribbon, because it was super thick and I had seamstress fright.
This picture could be better. Look closely and you can see the brown ric rac at the bottom. I don't feel like getting back up to get a better picture.
The Fancy and Functional Hair bow HolderMy friend, Cathi, made the plaque.
I just glued on the three white ribbons (also already hanging around the house)
and now I finally have a place for all of those hair bows
The Super Fabulous Butterfly ChandelierThis was quite a project, but it was worth it!
I was inspired by Pottery Barn Kids's butterfly chandelier that was a whopping $80 (no thank you) and decided to make one myself-with a little help from my mom. There's an orange ribbon around the back. It's hiding behind the purple one. Again, I'm not getting up. Use your imagination. Cost: about $15. In your face, PBK! Mine is way cuter anyway.
There you have it.
I have five more burp cloths and a curtain for the boys' room-complete with a blackout shade-to work on next.

That ribbon holder looks like the plaks the boys have, did the same gal make those? Looks so girly. Sorry we didn't get the boy shades done while I was there. Sure you will make them look good, you've got the touch. So quiet here except for the river, lots of rain, water is up alot, miss those noisy boys.
Is that burp cloth lined with a pink soft fabric, too? It is gorgeous.
I love that butterfly chand. I saw the orange when I made the picture larger. What did you use for butterflies? Some sort of cutouts?
I love your craft corner. Can I get a tutorial please? :) The burp cloths are great--I have some of those for my kids (who are crazy when it comes to the spitup) and it would be nice if they looked a little fancier.

Looks great! the butterfly thing is just as cute as in the catalogue and waaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper. Plus it's cooler b/c you did it yourself. That burp cloth is way creative too. Maybe you can do me one if/when you have time.

Hey Stacy, that stuff is so cute *my fav is the burp cloth* you could sell that on ETSY.com (website with all homemade cutie things) and make a ton of money if you like being crafty. I don't have the patience for it, myself. So I'd be the one buying your stuff!
