Thoreau was the man. Every day is a gift. That's why its called the present. The turtle from the kung fu panda movie was the man too.
It's amazing that we lean to nature when we want to feel alive-at peace, excaping to the beach, mountains, rivers, desert, forest, marveling at fireflies. "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out."1Tim.6:6,7
I love nature...it one of the only places I truly feel at peace with everything. What a awesome quote...I hadn't heard this one in years. Thanks for the reminder Stac!
We love Kung Fu Panda! Ayden keeps talking about the "Jag-why-er" (jaguar). By the way, Josh did this post, but I second that thought!
