Our trunk/costume theme: Andy's room from "Toy Story"

Dixie made the penguin costume for me and did most of the decor on the Jack in the boxes.

Checking out "Old Hard Hide". Yes, we have a caged alligator on display downtown!
Remember the post last week titled "I'll Never Catch Up"? Well, here is the last post needed to bring my blog up to date for the month of October. We were in Tennessee from Oct. 17th to 26th. My sister, Dixie, and her husband, Markus, rode back with us and we spent four days showing Markus what Louisiana is all about. I think the two riskiest things he tried were frog legs and alligator. We were all so tired from our previous trip, we had to drag each other around to see the sights, and we survived! We had a ward Halloween party (you already saw the clip of Josh's potato sack race) during their stay, which turned out to be a great success. Now Dixie and Markus are back in Australia, but not for long. They are going to England where they will stay with Markus's parents until he gets his visa, then they will be back in the states! We can't wait.
