Turkey, turkey, turkey, turkey. Turkey, turkey all day long. Turkey, turkey, turkey, turkey. How do you like my turkey song?

The hayride after the tree cutting (Read on. This is out of order. Sue me.)
Ian has no pants because he was stomping around in the mud puddles and got himself SOAKED.

Which tree do you like, E?
Um, this is the terrain you get when shopping for Christmas trees in the swampy south.
We spotted a Sasquatch! (I'm only quoting Aaron. Don't hate me, Brent!)
It only took him like 2.5 seconds to cut the tree down. I have video, but it won't post.
Notice anything strange about this picture?
These boys loved the sugar more than the beignets.
The usual torture from Uncle Court. That's Jack. (I told you these were out of order.)
Sockless Ian ate that popsicle in record time.
Josh, the manly turkey carver.
Melancholy cowboy. He wore his cowboy clothes three days in a row.
He wore the gloves because "Cowboys wear gloves when they plant their gardens."

More torture from Uncle Court! Look at Jack spotting Ayden! How sweet.
The whole crew at Aunt Videt's.
That's Jack trying to wiggle his way out and Uncle Court is eating Ian's foot.
Hiding out with Kota.
Ian and Calyn, the "sort-of" cousins. They are not blood related, so they can date later if they want. It would be a little strange, but legal.

Okay, turkey report. We spent the morning/afternoon at Mimi's (Josh's mom). The only picture I took there was Josh carving the turkey. I know. shame on me. We had a delicious meal and royally gorged ourselves-definition: an instance of gluttonous eating. Then we took off to Independence/Tickfaw to drop off Uncle Matt and headed over for more delicious gorging at Aunt Videt and Uncle David's. Travis and co. were in town from Knoxville, so it was good seeing them again. That night we passed out, still miserably full and we took it easy most of the day Friday. Friday night we hung out at Brent & Robin's. That's the night I posted about earlier with Ayden's Santa drama. Brent's parents were there and Jeni, Aaron & Calyn came too. We took a late night trip (for people with young kids, at least) to Coffee Call for hot chocolate and beignets-did you know that's french for "bump"? As in, I'm sure glad I'm pregnant, because that gives me a good excuse for this beignet on my belly-yes more gorging. Now on to Saturday. We went on a quest to cut down a tree for Brent and Robin at the Christmas Farm. I'll post some pictures of that and Coffee Call next. No I won't. I'll just add them now, out of chronological order. Sue me. Phew! I'm caught up. Questions? Comments?

No offense Ian, but if Calyn dates a Hutchinson boy one day, it's most likely going to be Ayden. She loves that kid. She's been pointing to his picture lately saying, "AAAY-Din" She goes for the older, more mature boys. Don't worry Ian. If we have another girl in the future, she's all yours!:)

Our kids are going to kill us one day if they EVER read this blog stuff:)

It's a lot of fun, Maren!
Jeni, HAHAHAHAHAHA! She likes Ayden because he's playing hard to get. He's too busy being cool with Kota to notice any girls.

Ayden is a funny boy. And Ian's face is starting to change, it looks less round than normal. They are so adorable! wish I was there to hang w/ everybody.

That was a cool trip. We hadn't been to see aunt Videt for a couple of years.

Awwwhh. I miss going to Aunt Videt's and Uncle David's (who looks great by the way). Looks like Aunt Videt is taking great care of him. Seeing you and Corky (that's one of "Cousin Court's" many childhood nicknames) together reminds me of Dakota and Ayden. Stacy and Cork used to bud around like those two. They were born 2 weeks apart. Played together and went to school together. Two cuties!!!
