Birthday breakfast doughnuts before school. Mmmm!
Ian wanted rocket cupcakes for his school party, so he got 'em.
(Gotta love the Cricut machine;)
He did NOT want to turn four. He did NOT want ANYONE to tell him "Happy Birthday" and he especially did NOT want to be sung to (we did anyway, and he stuck out his bottom lip like Bubba from Forest Gump).
The following night was his official party at Chuck E. Cheeses.
Now he was happy about his birthday!
Don't you love Ian's flip up glasses?
Afton was prancing around in Ian's hat.
Ian would only go in the ticket blaster if Ayden went with him.
It was so funny watching this.
Gettin' down with the Chuckster.
I think this cake took me at least 5 hours.
I was pretty proud of my newly found cake carving skills.
When we started singing "Happy Birthday" to him, he was going, going...
GONE!
He was a good sport, he just doesn't like being in the spotlight-which is the total opposite of his big brother. We love our sweet, big, smart, strong, handsome, cool, snuggly, rocket-firetruck-train-alligator-crocodile loving Ian. He's such a joy to have in our little family. Happy birthday, Ian! You are four now, whether you're ready or not.
