Today Is the Big Day

Ian enjoying a mini ice cream sandwich in the snow!
Today Ian is officially three years old. I feel like he should be turning four, because he's such a big kid and he does everything his big brother does. Ian weighs 39 pounds-only one pound less than Ayden-and is 38 inches tall. Like I said, big kid. He still LOVES trucks and every other type of vehicle ever invented. If it has wheels or wings, he will play with it for hours. He has a sweet little personality for the most part, but can be quite the little grump. He growls when he's aggravated and makes himself into dead weight in protest. He loves pushing his dump truck and cozy coupe up and down the sidewalks. Every piece of paper he comes across is a "ticket". He can't wait to go to the "new school that's orange" with Ayden-he'll be going next year and Ayden will be right across the hallway from him. He lives and breathes chocolate milk. He helps with laundry and dishes. This kid is the perfect fit in our little family. We love you, Ian! Have a fantabulous day.

Yay, Ian is three! Happy birthday little man! I'm excited that your new school is orange, that's a pretty cool color. Your Aunt Dixie and I went to a blue school a long time ago! Have a good year, they say the third one's a charm...
