Yes, I am one of those crazy people that wakes up at 4:30am to hit the Black Friday sales. Robin and I were talking about why we like to do this, and we both agreed that it's because we feel like we're missing out on something if we don't. Robin picked me up somewhere around 5am and we headed to the mall. We didn't find much there, but when we went to Target, we went CRAZY! Of course, there were NO carts available, so Robin tracked one down in the parking lot. We shared one cart between the two of us, and had it so full, we had to scoot 2 more big boxes along the floor behind the cart. The most crowded part of the store was back in the toy section. We took turns guarding the cart while the other looked for good finds, because there was NO room to move! We had a lot of fun! The best part was watching everyone else. We were a bunch of adults running around like kids at a candy store!

Crazy!!! Even Saturday is nuts to try to drive on the streets let alone brave the stores...you guys are nuts! But I bet it does make for some good people watching!
You are so brave! I hide on Black Friday. I hate leaving the house because I get road rage. I guess it's all those years of working at the mall at Christmas time. Ugh!

You are the first person I've read that actually purchased on Black Friday. Everyone else I know hardly bought anything. I'm with you - if you're going to be up that early you might as well make it worth it! : )
