Bug Clips

This is what I've been doing in my free time and my
not-so-free-but-I-locked-myself-in-the-back-room time.
Thanks for all of the advice, peeps. This is a butterfly and bumblebee, both on a wrapped alligator clip. I made the korker ribbon myself. Go here to see how to make bug bows, korker ribbon, and other fun stuff (thanks Erika).

Those are adorable. Um, can I just pay you to make me some instead of doing it myself? Please? :)

I made a ton of korker ribbons for a craft fair i did. I used very thin dowel rods to bake them in the oven. I found that spraying starch on them after baking worked best b/c it did not brown the ribbons.
Those are SO CUTE! I just saw a turkey bow. If I see it again, I'll email it to you so you can copy.

So cute! Maybe Ainsly would actually wear a cute one like those instead of the traditional regular bows - MNO idea?

Ha, ha. No, I'm doing this for fun. I might make some for friends, but I refuse to sit with a hot glue gun all day.

That is the first time I saw such bows, so darling, these would so sale at the farmer's market with my raspberry jam, folks bring the kids to this and there is hardly anything for them!!! This would so work, I could make them while watching the booth! Put little bumble bees on the jam jars as lan-yapp. New stuff is always popular, I haven't seen this on any of the kids in the ward, I could share it at enrichment with the young sisters. Afton is so going to be stylin'. Wait, I've got to finish the other projects I've already started.

this is hilarious. Those look great but I somehow I have trouble picturing you doing such a girly thing. I don't know why but it cracks me up.
