Notice the punctuation change? Not a ? but a ! We had another ultrasound this morning. I had Coco Puffs and a Dr. Pepper to make sure the baby moved this time around. We have a confirmation that the baby is a GIRL! We're really excited!!! So....her name is officially Afton Sage. She's named after my mom's mom. The middle name could change, but for now we like it. Now, I need some assistance from Jessica Remington, Alacey, or any of you that have made cute girl hair bows. I bought some alligator clips and ribbon to make cute hair bows, but on my first attempt, the hot glue is just too messy and I bought some ribbon glue, but I want something that dries fast. Any suggestions? I'm not waisting any time on girly crafts!!

Yay! It's Afton!! She's in there! Stacy, on of my BFF's makes head bands for little girls and they are soooo precious. Check em out here: something-little.com
I've been waiting for someone in our family to have a girl so I could tell you about it! Yay! A girl! This is so exciting! Where are you going to put your 3rd child?
Baby Afton! So cute. I'm glad she cooperated this go-round. Yay!! She is going to be one SPOILED little girl- I'll bet your Mom is going to go to town making her little outfits. That is so fun! Have fun with your 'girly crafts'!
P.S. We don't find out what we're having until some time in February. We would have found out around the time you did but our old insurance carrier didn't have maternity here in Texas so we had to get a new one and wait for the next cycle to begin until I could be seen. It's so hard to wait! Hopefully this little one will cooperate when it's my turn!
Congratulations...did you know Afton is a town in Wyoming. A very pretty and nice town as well. We are happy for you.
Dixie, those headbands are really nice! Not a bad price either.
Lexi, that wait is a killer. I was wondering how your move would affect insurance and all of those details.
Adam, maybe we can visit that town next time we're in the wild west.
Yay for baby girls! That's pretty funny about the coco puffs and dr pepper.
Making hair bows is so much fun. I found an adorable ladybug hair clip in a boutique resently. It had the ribbon curved around in the shape of a ladybug (hard to explain). Anyway I find it easier to use a needle and thread sometimes. You make the bow, sew it together , then hot glue it. Also, get some fray check in the craft department at walmart to keep the ends of the ribbon from fraying. You can email me if ya want (erikamorace@hotmail.com)...if you need any more advice (not that I'm a pro at it yet, but it is a lot of fun making things for baby girls).
Awww... Congrats. I know yall are excited for her to come. Soon you won't be outnumbered! My sis Naomi is a pro at making hair bows. I wish she had a site to forward you too, but yall should sooo get together. She could give you some great ideas.
Yippie for little girls. To learn how to make hair bows, just do a google search and there are tons of instructions. That's how I learned. Then, after you have instructions, just practice, practice, practice.
Congrats! How fun for you!
